1. All items will be shipped using UPS delivery schedules with holidays in the USA taking into account.
2. Items will normally be shipped 3-5 business days within the USA once funds has been cleared.
3. Defective or returned items must be returned in its original package for a credit or refund to be issued or for an exchange upon completion of inspection of returned items.
4. Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer's for which buyer's has recourse to.
5. All international orders will be shipped FOB to its final destination against cleared funds.
6. Returns are subject to a 15% fee or $ 25 per item, whichever is greater. The item(s) must still be in COMPLETE, NEW and UNUSED condition. No shipping charges will be reimbursed.
7. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS International orders we will accept wire transfers in USD. Mailing checks must clear the bank before the order is processed. Your credit card will be charged only when the product availability is confirmed against your order.
